Personalized Nutrition Coaching: I’ll create custom macros for your body and goals. You’ll also get a suggested meal plan with recipes that match your macros, filters for dietary preferences, and even a smart grocery list generator.
Daily Habit Tracking: Build lasting change with simple, science-backed habits that support hormone balance, reduce stress, and keep you consistent. (Think: eating before coffee, rewarding workouts, breathing practices to lower your resting heart rate.)
Accountability & Support: Message me directly in-app, upload videos for form feedback, and receive weekday check-ins so you’re never on this journey alone. Zoom check-ins are also available when you need them.
