If you’re looking for individualized programming, subscribe for custom programming. This includes a consultation done via zoom for Candace to perform a movement assessment, and discuss your goals, prior injuries, and more. Then, she will create a custom online training program that you’ll do on your own via an app. The app is extremely user friendly, and you’ll get a demo video for each movement, and put in your sets, reps and weights used. Candace will check in on your progress once per week on Thursdays, as she can see when you’ve completed your workouts, any messages you send through the app, and any videos you’ve chosen to upload for her to review your form. Programming will change every four weeks, unless you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time. Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer have access to the program she has created.
