Posture Program is BACK, pun intended!
After much consideration, I am bringing back the Posture Program on our new and improved platform! Using the same app we use for Essentials, you’ll enjoy the best user experience to set a strong foundation for improved posture and reduced neck, shoulder, and back issues.
The Posture Program is 12 weeks long and intentionally and thoughtfully designed to build a strong foundation from the ground up. It is very, very gentle, and begins with deep core and pelvic floor awareness, gentle activations and mobility work, and every four weeks, gets a little more challenging. The second phase is a little more challenging than the first, with increased intensity, and the third and final phase preps you for Intention Factor® Essentials programming, which is primarily strength training so you can build upon the foundation you’ve just set.
The Posture Program focuses primarily on gently strengthening the deep core and posterior chain (the entire backside of your body). You’ll also learn about diaphragmatic breathing, and have lots of mobility and stretching in there as well.
The Posture Program consists of 5 workouts per week: 4 lifts/mobility/stretching workouts that you do on your own with demo videos, and 1 follow along class per week. Equipment required: yoga block, short and long loop resistance bands, dumbbells, and a flat bench.
