If you’re highly motivated and looking to train with Candace but can’t make it to the studio, consider a 1:1 virtual coaching and accountability experience to meet your wellness goals with success.

What’s Included

Total Package - Programming and Accountability

  • 60 minute discovery and onboarding call

  • Movement and posture assessment

  • 60 minute nutrition call to teach you the basics of wellness and nutrition

  • Custom macros numbers

  • 3 month custom workout programming tailored to your needs and available equipment (option to continue on after the 3 months)

  • 5 days per week accountability messaging as needed

  • Weekly review and feedback of your workout performance and nutrition

How it works

The programming, messaging and video feedback will be done through the app TrueCoach. You’ll get a crash course in how to use it (it’s very user-friendly!). Candace will ask that you upload various movements and photos of meals to help keep you accountable and ensure that your exercise form and meals are helping you to meet your goals. You’ll get a weekly video of Candace reviewing your moves and meals with suggestions for improvement if applicable. You’ll also have the ability to text message Candace M-F through the app and she will respond ASAP with whatever support you need. Your programming will be tailored to your needs. During your initial discovery call, you’ll have a postural assessment, talk about your goals, equipment available, past injuries, frequency of workouts, etc so she can create a program that works best for you. During your nutrition call, you’ll get a crash course into the basics of general nutrition, how to put together meals that’ll help you meet your goals, and you’ll get your calorie/macros numbers as well.

Please note that this isn’t for everyone. This offer is best for people who are highly motivated to move and eat intentionally for their goals. While Candace will write your program, educate and guide you with your nutrition, and check in to help hold you accountable, it is ultimately you that needs to do the work. If you’re not motivated, this is not for you.
