This 8 week Postpartum Core Reconnection and Workout Program is designed to gently ease postpartum women back into the fitness routine. It starts very gently with a focus on reconnecting to the core and pelvic floor as we ease into foundational movements. There are four workouts per week, written out with a demo video for each movement. There is also an optional fifth workout day where you can choose a follow-along class to take. Choose between a 26 minute core rehab class, a 21 minute head and shoulders posture class, or a 16 minute upper back strengthening class. Minimal equipment required: short and long loop resistance bands, a set of dumbbells (any weight) and a very light dumbbell (or sealed water bottle will do!).
