Note: Due to Covid-19, we have pivoted our business model, and are instead inviting people to book a one to one yoga or personal training session for themselves, or with their pod of family/friends (maximum of 4 people). You can book here or email us with any questions.

Personal Training: Our studio is equipped with all the right equipment to help you on your fitness journey. Your session will start with a postural assessment and discussion about your fitness goals. Candace will then tailor a fitness program addressing any muscle imbalances, as well as your fitness goals. Expect to be lovingly challenged, gently encouraged, and leave feeling inspired and appreciative of your body and its inherent abilities.

Yoga: Our studio is equipped will a variety of yoga props to create an unforgettable yoga experience to deepen your yoga practice and center yourself. Whether you’re new to yoga, or a teacher yourself, Candace will lead you through a yoga session tailored to your needs. You can choose from Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, or a mix.
