Health and Safety Guidelines

We are excited to announce our re-opening! Here’s how we are being intentional about maintaining the health and safety of our community:

  • We are offering one to one yoga practice or personal training, or if you’d like to come with a small group of people you know, you’re most welcome (maximum of 4 people, please). Book your private sessions for yourself or your group here.

  • We request that you book and pay for your session on our website, so that we may offer you touch-less check-in at our studio.

  • Due to recent Connecticut state guidelines mandates, we will all wear a mask while practicing yoga or working out.

  • Each person entering the studio will have their temperature taken.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available upon arrival.

  • If props or equipment are needed, they will be cleaned prior to your arrival. We also clean and sanitize common areas, doorknobs, light switches and other high touch surfaces before and after classes.

  • We screen our employees daily for the following symptoms, and ask that our participants do the same. If you are experiencing:

    • Fever
    • Chills
    • Repeated shaking with chills

    • Muscle pain
    • Headache
    • Sore throat
    • New loss of taste or smell

    Please stay home.

  • We are waiving rescheduling fees to encourage people to stay home if they are feeling unwell. If you need to cancel your spot, you can email jan (at) yogabycandace.com or DM @yogabycandace on Instagram. While refunds will not be granted, should you need to cancel due to illness, we will credit your account and you can let us know when you would like to reschedule.

  • Should you prefer to practice yoga or workout with us at home, we have a number of classes recorded from quarantine. We recognize the financial impact of COVID-19, so the classes are priced on a Pay-What-You-Can scale, starting at $1.99 to rent, or $7 to own, and we truly appreciate your support in helping our small business to stay afloat. Shop our Class Library here.
