This is the recording of our first ever Saturday School, a series of online continuing ed workshops for yoga instructors. This program is comprised of four workshops all about Understanding and Sequencing for Posterior Chain Activating Peak Poses. This course counts as 10 non-contact hours towards continuing ed as a yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. After taking the course, you’ll simply email us to schedule a quick call with Candace to answer any questions you have, and complete a verbal quiz demonstrating that you understand the information.
