Your Experience
We’ll kick off the day with the healing vibrations of a captivating sound bath. Stress will dissolve as you experience the calming frequencies of the sound bowls. Following that, we’ll embark on a guided meditation journey, connecting with your innermost self and cultivating a sense of peace and tranquility.
After the meditation, we’ll break for snacks and guided journaling, before enjoying an empowering yoga flow class. Then we’ll break for lunch (it’s included!) and mingling, before Candace leads you through a visual thinking mind mapping workshop to tap into your creativity and intentions for the rest of the year.
Then, we’ll have a special guest for our jewelry making workshop, where you’ll make something beautiful you can wear to help remind you of your vision and raised vibration as we move through the final half of this year.
But the journey doesn't end there! For those who join our Year Maed with Intention Membership, Candace and Maegan will host a members-only bougie picnic dinner. Wear your Saturday night best and join us for an evening of good food, drink and merriment!

Meet Your Hostesses
We’re two business besties who bonded over their love of combining their entrepreneurship with creativity — and we both happen to be New England girlies. Maegan is a yoga teacher, speaker, retreat designer, and the founder of Mindful Maeven, a lifestyle brand maed for ambitious women. Candace is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, studio owner and author.
Each of us had a rough year last year, so on December 31st, we got together and decided NO MORE. We declared 2024 would be our year - a year maed with intention.
Knowing that there is power in numbers, we founded Year Maed with Intention, a new year’s resolution in the form of a 12-month membership. We invited other intention-seekers to join us on our quest. Each month has a specific theme, and each week we create content and exclusive live events with experts for our members.
Wanting to have more face time with our community, we came up with the idea of a one-day retreat in Maegan’s hometown of Providence. The goal is to celebrate how far we have collectively all come this year, and create intentions for the remaining six months of the year so we can finish the year strong.
Come for the good vibes, incredible workshops and fabulous foods - and leave with a renewed sense of clarity and new friendships with likeminded Hot Girls from all over!
About the Membership, Your Year Maed with Intention
Designed for intention-seekers who are ready to level up their life but aren’t quite sure where to start, this interactive year-long program provides a framework and community for create the life of your dreams. You have the option to join by quarter or for the last 6 months of 2024 (July - December).
This transformative journey will guide you through manifesting and achieving your biggest goals across all areas of your life - from finances and career to relationships, health, and more. If you’re the type of lady to put action behind your desires, this is the place for you.
With Candace and Maegan as facilitators and expert guests each month, you’ll improve your mindset, boost your confidence, and bring your boldest visions to reality.
